This dataset includes data, syntax and models used to validate the short version of the Volunteer Functions Inventroy (VFI) for non-volunteers. Please, refer to the file "Read me_VFI" to understand how to read the files. You can use the SYNTAX on Mplus and Rstudio to run the analysis included in the manuscript.
