Quantification of 9,10-EpOME and 12,13-EpOME in TYLCV-Infected vs. Naive Whiteflies via LC–MS/MS Analysis
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains processed quantitative liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS) measurements of two oxylipins, 9,10-epoxyoctadecamonoenoic acid (9,10-EpOME) and 12,13-epoxyoctadecamonoenoic acid (12,13-EpOME), in Bemisia tabaci. The dataset includes six biological samples, labelled WF-1–WF-3 and IL-1–IL-3, with three replicates per experimental group. Measurements were performed using an AB Sciex QTRAP 4500 mass spectrometer in multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. The deposited files provide individual sample peak areas, retention times, calculated concentrations (ng/mL), calibration standards, and calibration regression parameters for both EpOME isomers. The data were extracted from an instrument-generated Analyst Reporter document corresponding to an acquisition performed on 28 July 2025. The original instrument acquisition files (.wiff) are unavailable; therefore, this deposit represents processed quantitative LC–MS/MS data rather than original raw instrument data. The dataset is provided to support the transparency and reproducibility of research investigating oxylipin-associated responses during tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV) interactions with its insect vector, B. tabaci.
