ABIDE 自闭症脑成像数据集

The ABIDE dataset is a collection of functional and structural brain imaging data sourced from multiple laboratories, designed to accelerate the understanding of the neural basis of autism. It was developed in collaboration with 16 international imaging sites, which aggregated and publicly shared neuroimaging data from 539 individuals with ASD and 573 typical controls. Comprising a total of 1,112 datasets, this collection includes structural and resting-state functional MRI data along with extensive phenotypic information.
