Here we examine the transriptomes of HSCs from young (2 months) vs old (24 months) mice bone marrow. Overall design: To determine the transcriptional changes in HSCs during ageing, we FACS sorted HSCs (LSKCD150+CD48-) from young and old mouse bone marrow for bulk RNA-seq.
