Development and effects of a high-risk pregnancy emotive role play program for nursing students: a quasi-experimental study

This quasi-experimental non-equivalent control group design study enrolled 83 nursing students (45 experimental, 38 control) who voluntarily participated in an extra-curricular program on emotive role play. Outcome variables included effectiveness of communication skills, clinical performance, and emotional intelligence.
