The unearthing of genes with low-temperature tolerance and motifs regulating low-temperature tolerance genes in zoysiagrass was conducted using multi-omics data, including RNA-Seq and ATAC-Seq. This study not only contributes to the advancement of evolutionary research on zoysiagrass but also enhances understanding of the genome and genetic breeding aspects of this species.
