The purpose of this study was to assess the ability of the MCCD program to reduce levels of MDD and related symptoms among individuals in the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam. A cluster randomized trial determined the incremental effectiveness of the MCCD vs. GAM programs among 473 participants. Both groups showed significant improvement, but MCCD patients showed significantly greater improvement on all outcomes. <b> <br><br></b>Data deposited on OpenICPSR may be used for purposes of replication of published study findings only.<b><br></b>
