There are two datasets, one is a spreadsheet of qPCR results (Project 1527 Appendix 1. qPCR results.xlsx). The second dataset consists of 60 files short (~300 base pair) forward and reverse sequences from the 16S mitochondrial gene in fishes that were generated using an Illumina MiSeq sequencing system. Files for each sample replicate and controls are in FASTQ format.
