Raw data used to generate the figures show in a publication. DOI: 10.3389/fncir.2015.00025 Folder figure 1 contains the raw data for the I-V and L-I for the LED in tab spaced anci format. The first row contains headings. Data was recorded using a Yokogawa, Source Measure Unit GS610 and a Thorlabs PM100A with a S120VC head. Folder figure 2 contains the output from a custom written Monte Carlo code used to estimate the power of light in brain tissue from both an LED and Optrode source. Each data set is in a tab spaced anci format. The power is normalised. Folder figure 3 contains the raw data recorded from a 32 channel neuronexus probe. signals were amplified (HST/32V-G20 and PBX3, Plexon) and digitised at 20,000 Hz (PXI, National Instruments). The data is encoded in 16 bit binary, with 33 channel recording at 20 kS. 1st channel is a sync channel and the rest of channels are neural signals (32 ch linear probe recording). Folder figure 4 contains the raw image as a post script image file.
