Metagenomic analysis of soil microbial communities from vineyards under different management systems

This BioProject encompasses a metagenomic study of soil microbial communities associated with vineyards managed under different systems, including conventional, organic, and wild (uncultivated) ecosystems. The project aims to compare bacterial diversity and community composition across these contrasting vineyard soils to better understand the influence of agricultural practices on the vineyard soil microbiome. Sequencing data were generated using Illumina paired-end technology, and raw reads are deposited in the Sequence Read Archive (SRA).
