Pl@ntInvasive-Kruger - identification and information platform for invasive plants of the Kruger National Park

The most widespread invasive alien plant species in South Africa’s Kruger National Park (KNP) were either introduced unintentionally along rivers and roads, or intentionally for use as ornamentals. We collect and describe alien plants in KNP, in order to develop identification and information tools for stakeholders in charge of alien plant management. 77 locations inside the park sere surveyed, 2623 plant pictures collected, 126 herbarium samples collected and deposited in the KNP Herbarium.
