The present data set is vertical profile and total column of O3, HNO3, and HCl measured by Fourier Transform Infrared spectrometer (FTIR) installed at Antarctic Syowa Station (69.0S, 39.6E) in 2011 and analyzed by SFIT2 Version 3.92 program. The Bruker's IFS-120M FTIR was installed at Syowa Station in March 2007, and made sporadic observations in 2007, 2011, and 2016. Now, the FTIR was brought back to Japan. Since Syowa Station is located near the polar vortex edge region in winter, we have chances to measure both inside and outside the polar vortex air.
