Data used to create Figures 1-3 in the manuscript "Revisiting Seed Thickness: When Improved Texture Does Not Enhance Perpendicular Magnetic Anisotropy in Co/Pt Multilayers". This includes the processed data in the figures, as well as the raw data as measured. For the X-ray reflectivity fits, the GenX files for all fits are also present.See the info.txt files in each subfolder for explanation of the data.
