The dataset consists of two subsets: half-hourly fluxes determined by the eddy covariance method (i.e., sensible heat flux, latent heat flux, and CO2 flux, etc.) and auxiliary micrometeorological variables (i.e., surface net radiation, soil heat flux, air temperature, humidity, wind speed, soil temperature, soil moisture, etc.) during the period of 2012-2015 in an agroecosystem located in the middle areas of the Hexi Corridor, northwest China. The experimental observation campaign was carried out by the Linze Inland River Basin Research Station, one of the China Flux Observation and Research Network (ChinaFLUX).
