Cloud amount/frequency, SALINITY and other data from A. V. HUMBOLDT from 1970-08-27 to 1976-11-19 (NODC Accession 9200135)

The Ocean Serial data in this accession was collected as part of Cooperative Investigations of the Northern Part of the Eastern Central Atlantic (CINECA) and Global Ocean Data Archeaology and Rescue (GODAR) project from 2,681 stations. Oceanographic Station Data contain physical and chemical oceanographic data recorded at discrete depth levels. The Oceanographic Station Data observations were made using multi-bottle Nansen casts. The depth corrected data containing 52,693 records was submitted to NODC by Dr. Harry Dooley, Deutsche Akademe der Wissenschaften zu Berlin, Germany. The data was collected between August 27, 1970 and November 19, 1976 using ship A. V. HUMBOLDT. The data has been processed and is available in C100-Ocean-Station-Data file format of NODC.
