To perform WGS of Burkholderia cepacia complex (n=20) and B. gladioli (n=1) strains isolated from blood cultures (n=16) of patients admitted at the Manhica District Hospital in Southern Mozambique. It includes some isolates recovered from the hospital environment (n=5), namely swabs from bench surfaces, solutions, instruments and hands of staff working in hospital wards where nosocomial infection was suspected
