The dynamic of bacterial community during ensiling () and subsequent exposure to air in whole-plant maize silage was researched by method of Illumina MiSeq sequencing based on 16s RNA gene V3-4 region. The forage were fermented for 5, 10, 20, 40, 60, and the aerobic exposure samples were fermented for 60 days and then opened the ensiling bag for three days.
