We performed RNA sequencing on tumours harvested from GA0103 (gastric cancer) PDX treated for 40-50 days with either control vehicle or 100 mg/kg BID INX-315. Overall design: Mice with GA0103 gastric PDX tumours were treated with either control vehicle (G1) or 100 mg/kg BID INX-315 (G2). Tumors were collected wither 2hr or 8hr following final treatment (as denoted on file name).
