Transcriptomic remodeling of myeloid cells in response to maternal obesity

The goal of this project is to determine the effect of maternal obesity on the offspring's bone marrow CD11b+ cells gene transcriptomic profile. CD11b+ cells were isolated from the bone marrow of newly weaned mice born to high fat diet fed mothers to assess changes in gene expression. Overall design: CD11b+ cells isolated from mouse bone marrow via StemCell Technologies CD11b+ isolation kit (via magnet and beads)
