We performed RNA seq to compare the difference of genes between WT and resistant cells Overall design: We established in vitro cetuximab-resistant cells by culturing HNSCC cells in the medium containing cetuximab (500µg/ml). Those cell lines were cultured for 30 passages (more than two months). After that, we collected RNA from parental cells and the resistant cells.
