To understand the transcriptional landscape at the single-cell level during the early phases of COVID-19, we employed scRNA-seq approach using BAL cells of rhesus macaques at 0-3 days post infection (dpi). 14 BAL samples from rhesus macaques: day 0, (SARS-CoV-2 infection, baseline, n = 3), day 1 post infection (1dpi Inf, n = 4), 2 dpi (n=3) and 3 dpi (n = 4)
