This article examines the theoretical foundations of the notions of concept and conceptosphere in modern cognitive linguistics. It discusses the relationship between concepts, human cognition, and language, as well as the role of the conceptosphere in reflecting cultural and national worldviews. The findings indicate that concept and conceptosphere are fundamental categories of cognitive linguistics that explain the interaction between language, thought, and culture through processes of conceptualization and meaning construction.
