This dataset contains statistical features derived from mechanotendography (MTG) signals measured at five levels of exerted muscle strength (0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% of maximum voluntary contraction) during ankle plantar flexion tasks. The dataset also includes basic participant attributes.Data were collected from 60 healthy adults (30 males and 30 females), aged between 21 and 58 years. The MTG signals were recorded using a piezoelectric film sensor, and the extracted features are expressed in millivolts [mV]. All data are stored in CSV format, with units clearly indicated in the file.To ensure privacy, participant IDs have been randomly reassigned, and all personal identifiers other than age and sex have been removed.This dataset was used in the study titled “Increase trajectories of tendon micro vibration intensity during ankle plantar flexion: A longitudinal data analysis using latent curve models”, available as a preprint at bioRxiv (DOI: https://doi.org/10.1101/2024.10.15.618483).The data are intended to support reproducibility and may be used for follow-up investigations, including re-analysis of MTG signals motivated by questions raised regarding this study.
