To investigate the clear relation between chaperonin 60 kDa and Lcn2 in the inhibition of osteoclast differentiation, we performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for RAW 264.7 cells in the presence of Cpn60 treatment.
