A. HydroGeoSphere (HGS) Simulation Steps There are two steps involved in solving the problems used in this study. First, a data file is prepared for the pre-processor (called grok) which is then run to generate the input data files for HGS. Second, HGS is run to solve the problem and generate output data files. B. Dataset Description Dataset in this repository consists mainly of the numerical simulations described in the main paper. All the data used for figures are stored in this repository, so the file names correspond to the figure names in the main paper. For the simulation files, the grok (*.grok) and the Latin Hypercube Sampling (*.lhs) files in the dataset are the pre-processors. To perform the simulations and visualize their results, three executables (GROK.EXE, HGS.EXE, HSPLOT.EXE, and HGSUQ.EXE) are required. Any additional details can be obtained from the first author (Hyoun-Tae Hwang). C. Modelling software version requirements: 1) HGS version 2018 or higher is required for running the forward simulations. 2) HGS Uncertainty Quantification (HGSUQ) Tool version 1.0.0 or higher is required for the uncertainty analysis. D. License Notice Note that permission is required for redistributing the data and do not use the material for commercial purposes.
