Drosophila Orchard Mesocosm Study 2016

This database includes raw sequencing reads from samples collected across three time points (August, September, and October) in a series of ten, replicate outdoor mesocosm cages located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The cages were founded using an outbred population constructed via outcrossing 60 inbred lines, originally collected in Spring in local Pennsylvania orchard (founder line sequencing data available at: PRJNA722305). Each sample in this repository represents reads from pooled sequencing of 100 female flies collected within a particular replicate cage and at one of the three time points.
