青藏高原大气气溶胶对太阳辐射、大气环境、人体健康等方面具有重要影响。为此,在青藏高原5个野外台站架设GRIMM EDM 365型气溶胶在线监测仪,长期、连续观测大气气溶胶颗粒物(PM2.5)浓度(单位:μg/m3)。这些台站包括慕士塔格站、日土站(阿里站)、珠峰站、纳木错站、藏东南站,观测时间开始于2018年6月(慕士塔格站为2019年10月)。大气颗粒物PM2.5浓度为仪器直接测量结果,时间分辨率为日值。由于高原恶劣的自然环境(大风、雪灾等)、后勤保障(电力供应、人力维护等)、仪器本身状况(空气泵、激光检测器等核心部件损坏)等各种不利因素的影响,数据连续性存在一定的问题,缺失数据用NAN表示。该数据揭示了青藏高原5个站点气溶胶颗粒物(PM2.5)本底值及其季节变化,可供大气环境、高原气象、地表过程等研究领域使用。
Atmospheric aerosols over the Tibetan Plateau exert significant impacts on solar radiation, atmospheric environment, human health, and other relevant fields. To this end, GRIMM EDM 365 online aerosol monitors were deployed at five field stations across the Tibetan Plateau to perform long-term, continuous observations of the concentrations of atmospheric aerosol particles (PM2.5), with the unit of μg/m³. The five stations are Muztagata Station, Ritu Station (Ali Station), Mount Qomolangma Station, Nam Co Station, and Southeastern Tibet Station. The observational campaign commenced in June 2018, except for the Muztagata Station which began in October 2019. The PM2.5 concentrations are directly measured by the instruments, with a temporal resolution of daily averages. Affected by various adverse factors including the harsh natural environment on the plateau (e.g., strong winds, snow disasters), logistical constraints (e.g., power supply, manual maintenance), and instrument status (damage to core components such as air pumps and laser detectors), there are certain issues with data continuity. Missing data is denoted by NAN. This dataset reveals the background concentrations of aerosol particles (PM2.5) and their seasonal variations at the five stations over the Tibetan Plateau, and can be applied in research areas such as atmospheric environment, plateau meteorology, and surface processes.
