MDMC_internship_project_RO-crate_2026-05-15

This is RO-Crate folder exclusively for metadata and analytical outputs of a data-processing pipeline developed for extraction and analysis of Data Availability Statements (DAS) and Code Availability Statements (CAS) in high-energy physics scientific publications.

The crate is described in the file ro-crate-metadata.json. The dataset bundle included in the crate can be accessed using the following link: [https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.20202026]

The software available at the link aforementioned generated the registries, extraction outputs, classification outputs, statistics and figures included in this crate.

The pipeline was developed for the thesis project conducted as part of the Master in Data Management and Curation at the International School for Advanced Studies (SISSA) located in Trieste (Italy)

The folder does not include source publication PDFs/XMLs, converted full-text files, embeddings, or standalone extracted-section text files. Extracted and classified statement text is included where recorded directly in the registries.
