Lebanon Private Generator Market Dataset: Monthly Official Tariffs and Diesel Reference Prices, January 2022 to April 2026

Monthly observations of official generator tariffs (LL/kWh) and diesel reference prices (LL/20L) for Lebanon, compiled from monthly circulars issued by the Lebanese Ministry of Energy and Water and verified against named press sources including L'Orient Today and the National News Agency. The dataset covers January 2022 to April 2026 (52 months) and was constructed to support econometric analysis of asymmetric cost pass-through in Lebanon's private generator market. All figures are verified from primary sources; data notes and source citations are included in the accompanying file.
