The overall goal of this study was to compare gene expression profiles in control and MAOA-knockdown prostate cancer cells. Overall design: Stable silencing of MAOA in two human prostate cancer cell lines C4-2B ENZR and LNCaP was established using shRNA-expressing lentiviral infection followed by antibiotic selection. Four samples were analyzed by RNA-Seq.
