Macrophages produced from hCD34iPSC in stirred tank bioreactors actively phagocytose pHrodo™ Red E. coli BioParticles™. Calibration of baseline settings, PMT-Voltages and quality control of the LSR II cytometer was regularly performed using the Becton-Dickinson CS&T beads and FACSDiva software according to the manufacturer.
