资源简介：
PSSRD (Poaceae SSR database) is a comprehensive SSR (Simple Sequence Repeats) platform for the Poaceae. Using the publically available sequences, 11,993,943 SSR loci were detected and 6,799,910 primers were designed. The detail information of SSR loci, the SSR primers and the useful tools of mining and analysis SSR are involved in the PSSRD. This database provides a useful SSR platform for the study on the molecule markers application, the gene mapping and the breeding of the Poaceae.
