To better understand the mechanism of PARPi
resistance, two olaparib-resistant SUM159 and MDA468 cells were established by
chronically exposing to olaparib. Olaparib-resistant
SUM159 and MDA468 cells displayed 5-fold and 7-fold more resistant relative to parental cells. Using an
unbiased proteomic approach, we compared protein expressions between olaparib-sensitive and
-resistant cells.
