A. Disease list enrichment P-values used to generate heatmap (figure 5a). B. This is a dataframe containing, for each gene in the adult onset ND gene set, and for 12 GTEx CNS regions, the correlation and associated P-value. This table does not contain all of the values of the random matched gene lists, but would be sufficient to plot the blue 'target gene set’ curve. This analysis can be run for bespoke gene lists on our tool: https://ainefairbrotherbrowne.shinyapps.io/MitoNuclearCOEXPlorer/, and this table and accompanying figure can be downloaded for any bespoke gene list.
