wt and sua7-1 nascent mRNA profiling was performed using the GRO-seq approach. Br-UTP labelling of nascent RNA followed by immunoprecipitation and cDNA library preparation with sequencing (peformed exactly as described in O'Brien et al., 2023). Three biological replicates were performed. wt and sua7-1 cells were cultured, nascent RNA was labelled, immunoprecipitated, cDNA library asssembled, and sequenced.
