The goal of this experiment was to compare the transcriptome of human iPSC-derived thyroid follicular cell progenitors cultured in the presence or absence of Retinoic Acid in culture medium. Overall design: Transcriptomic profiling at single cell resolution of human iPSC-derived thyroid follicular cell progenitors at 16 days of differentiation, cultured in thyroid specification medium containing or lacking Retinoic Acid (RA). 1) d16_RA_negative cells cultured without RA from day 2 to 16, 2) d16_RA_positive cells cultured with RA from day 2 to 16.
