资源简介:
This dataset contains environmental, chemical, isotopic, and molecular-level data used to assess how terrestrial inputs and in-lake processes shape dissolved organic matter (DOM) across a permafrost gradient in the Northwest Territories, Canada. The dataset includes lake water chemistry, shoreline porewater chemistry, stable carbon isotopes (δ¹³C), radiocarbon measurements (Δ¹⁴C), watershed and landscape attributes, and molecular formula assignments generated using Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry (FT-ICR-MS). Molecular data include assigned formulas and intensity-normalized abundance profiles for each sample. All variables required to reproduce the analyses in the associated manuscript are provided. This dataset supports the manuscript “Terrestrial inputs and in-lake processes shape dissolved organic matter along a permafrost gradient”
