Microeukaryotic community in intertidal sediments, Qingdao, China

This study aims to investigate the seasonal dynamics of microeukaryotic communities in intertidal sediments from Qingdao, China, by conducting monthly samplings over a year across muddy and sandy sediments between Licun and Zhanqiao Stations. Using 18S rRNA sequencing, the research analyzes and provides critical insights into the impacts of seasonal variations on these essential ecosystems.
