Effects of CENP-A overexpression or knockdown on tumorigenicity in nude mice.

The transfected or untreated HepG2 cells were injected into nude mice, as described in Materials and methods. Tumor volume was determined every 5 days for 30 days. At the end of the experiment, animals were sacrificed and tumors were excised for volume measurement and histological study. A: Representative photographs of tumors for each treatment.
