It supports full business coverage, horizontal interconnection of various businesses, and interconnection of information systems at all levels for XXXX Corporation, enhances business collaboration and centralized control capabilities, breaks down data silos between various business systems, establishes multi-dimensional, multi-level, intelligent analysis models, and realizes aggregated display of all elements and dynamic perspective of the entire process for digital operations.
Developing a group-wide replicable full-domain data system and completing data governance: establish a set of standards for XXXX Corporation's digital construction, data specification, and data operation management. Improve the talent team: establish implementation, operation, and business expert teams at the headquarters of XXXX Corporation. Relying on application systems, further strengthen talent team building, and integrate talent cultivation with this digital enterprise construction. According to the development goals of each smart application system, assign operation team members to various smart applications in advance, such as project full-process, resource management, business management, and smart power plant categories, learn knowledge from each application system, and cultivate targeted talents needed by the company, so as to undertake the later operation of application systems, as well as future system upgrades and expansion work.
