资源简介:
The first confirmed dog death on Lake Travis (Texas) caused by the cyanotoxin, dihydroanatoxin-a, occurred on February 20, 2021. Data represent water quality samples collected from October 2015 through August 2021 on Lake Travis as part of the routine monitoring conducted by the Texas Clean Rivers Program. All water quality samples were collected following the Surface Water Quality Monitoring Procedures manual set forth by Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. Toxin data was analyzed using either LC-MS/MS or ELISA for the different cyanotoxin types and congeners. Datasets contain raw data pulls from a Microsoft SQL Server database and processed data useful for analysis. Third-party reports on toxin analysis, cyanobacterial presence via visual identification, and dog necropsy findings are also provided.
