资源简介:
Genome topology analysis of human osteoclasts (Micro-C). In this study we performed Micro-C analysis (Dovetail Genomics) on peripheral blood mononuclear cells and osteoclasts (OC) cultured in vitro, derived from blood samples of 4 healthy human participants. This experiment provided genome topology and chromatin conformation data on these cells to facilitate efficient targeting of ongoing functional genomics studies. We generated a unique high-resolution genome topology dataset for human OC, detecting chromatin loops across the genome. This data should be relevant to studies of the genetics of osteoporosis and to inform future functional studies of osteoclasts.
