To understand the differential expression of CBD on monocytic cells and the mechanisms by which CBD interacts with our immune system and immune cell signaling. Overall design: To examine the global effects of Cannabidiol (CBD) on transcriptome, we treated THP-1 (monocytic cell line) with either vehicle, CBD alone, 2'3cGAMP alone or CBD and 2'3'cGAMP for 8hrs.
