A Detailed 3D MRI Brain Atlas of the African Lungfish Protopterus annectens

3D brain atlas of the lungfish Protopterus annectens, including the MRI raw data in Bruker format. The MRI data and ROIs should be viewed using ImageJ software (https://imagej.net/ij/) with the MRIManager plugin (https://imagej.net/ij/plugins/mri-file-manager/index.html). The segmentation of the brain (Segmentation Protopterus.nrrd) should be viewed together with the MRI model (Protopterus MRI model.nii) using the Slicer software (https://www.slicer.org).
