Anillo Fluvial (ANID - ATE220060) data

This data corresponds to the environmental databases generated by the Anillo Fluvial ATE220060 project. The present data was collected from 6 watersheds alongside Chile (Loa, Elqui, Maule, Toltén, Valdivia, and Aysén) during 2024-2025 Summer, Fall, Winter and Spring on 10 sampling points and comprehends: Macroinvertebrate pictures. Sampling site pictures. Macroinvertebrate counts (absolute units) Microalgae (periphyton) counts (cells per cm2) Environmental metadata (water parameters, water metallic elements, water salts, physicochemistry, sediment texture, surrounding soil texture, climatic data, surrounding land use, and others).
