This dataset is a database of gene-level functional annotations, collecting the biological processes and activities of specific genes. It uses the hierarchical structure of Gene Ontology (GO), selecting GO terms up to 3 levels away from the root of biological processes. The data include multihot labels representing the applicability of GO terms, the positions of the first nucleotide in each codon in the CDS, and the splice sites at the 3 end of each exon.
