Phylogenetic analyses associated with the study "Expanding the phylogenetic framework of Lecanicephalidea (Platyhelminthes: Cestoda): new evidence from batoid hosts in the Western Tropical Atlantic"

This dataset contains all input alignments, configuration files, scripts, and resulting trees used to perform the phylogenetic analyses described in the study “Expanding the phylogenetic framework of Lecanicephalidea (Platyhelminthes: Cestoda): new evidence from batoid hosts in the Western Tropical Atlantic”. Analyses were conducted using IQ-TREE 3.1.3 (Wong et al., 2026) for maximum-likelihood inference.
