对DFB激光器组件静态输出特性进行测试得到数据集,将DFB激光器芯片封装成TO-can组件,测量其常温25℃条件下的输出光功率,将其加速老化超过2000小时复测其常温25℃条件下的输出光功率,对比老化前后DFB激光器组件的输出光功率变化,得到数据集,数据量27.9MB
This dataset is generated by testing the static output characteristics of DFB laser modules. Specifically, DFB laser chips are packaged into TO-can modules first, and their output optical power is measured at a room temperature of 25℃. Subsequently, accelerated aging treatment is conducted for over 2000 hours, after which the output optical power at 25℃ is re-measured. By comparing the changes in output optical power of the DFB laser modules before and after aging, this dataset is obtained. The total size of the dataset is 27.9 MB.
