Supporting data for "Novel Cysteine Chemistry for Protein Functionalization and Conjugation"

The entitled thesis describes the development of a novel cysteine chemistry for protein conjugation. A new compound was developed for cysteine conjugation with favorable kinetics, selectivity and compatibility in aqueous conditions. The described conjugation chemistry was applied into generating functional peptide, protein and antibody conjugates.The dataset contains all the raw images for gel and confocal microscopy experiments, raw data for LCMS and intact protein MS experiments, biological assays and NMR spectra described in the entitled thesis.
