资源简介:
To investigated the therapeutic mechanism underlying the MK-626 improves vascular endothelial functionin hypertension, we performed bioinformatics analyses on the expression profiles of long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) and message RNAs (mRNAs) and in the aortae from Ang Ⅱ-induced hypertensive mice with or without MK-626 treatment. The animals were divided to the following three groups (3 mice per group): (i) C57BL/6J as Vehicle group; (ii) Ang II infused C57BL/6J without oral MK-626 treatment (Ang II); (iii) Ang II infused C57BL/6J (1 mg/kg/d) with oral MK-626 treatment (3 mg/kg/d) (Ang II+ MK-626). The microarray data of the first two groups also belong to GSE159725 study.
